Cancellation & Return of Goods
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with any non personalised items, you can return those within 14 days starting from the date of receipt of delivery for a credit or refund . In the first instance we would ask you to contact us to notify of your returns at email@example.com or on 01162 449 670, so we can log the return delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are returned in pristine condition, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct any costs to replace damaged items from any refund or credit.
Any costs incurred in returing items shall be paid by you, in such circumstances to ensure the items reach us we would recommend using a tracked service via Royal Mail or courier.
If goods are faulty or damaged, we will happily replace or refund these. Any costs of returning such items will be met by us, which we will usually arrange on your behalf. Please contact us to discuss a suitable solution.
We will not be liable for any loss of profit, disapointment, inconvenience, nor indirect or consequential loss or damage arising in relation to any goods and we shall have no liability by way of paying any money to you by way of compensation, other than for any refund made under the above policy.
